Beautiful light color with green and golden hues. Lively, ethereal nose with typical rolle aromas such as notes of lemon confit, ginger and a touch of exotic fruit. The palate is generous and balanced by the freshness of high-altitude terroirs. A finish that stretches out thanks to controlled tension revealing noble bitters.
77% Rolle, 15% Sauvignon Blanc, 8% Semillon.

Night harvest to preserve the aromatic freshness of the grape varieties. The bunches are pressed directly. Vinification and maturation made in stainless steel tank for 3-4 weeks, aged for several weeks on fine lees.
