With the aroma of freshly-cut grass, la Grossane is very fresh on the palate.
At Château d’Estoublon, located in the heart of the Alpilles mountain range since 1489, the great Provençal varieties are king, revealing the essence of the Baux-de-Provence terroir, with its unique blend of complexity and freshness. Farming is sustainable and respectful of nature.
The harvest took place from early November to mid-December. Pressed in our Domaine mill within 24 hours of harvesting. Cold extracted and filtered.
Stored in stainless steel tanks, nitrogen blanketing, temperature controlled chamber.
