This olive oil offers great intensity. Its green fruity character is particularly pronounced, with subtle nuances of freshly cut grass, raw artichoke and hints of green almonds. Its sweetness is counterbalanced by a slight hint of ardency, revealing a perfect balance between the different varieties that make it up.
